Anger

Anger is a burning topic and we tend to think in terms of quick fixes, but then though there are no definite techniques for complete anger management, still they come into operation only after the birth of anger. We can manage certain forms of anger for some time but to resolve the problem of anger, one has to know what anger is all about. Understanding of anger is handling or ending anger and not putting effort to understand, by brushing it aside or indulging in it, does more harm than the actual anger itself. Nurturing and nourish anger or suppressing will always lead to explosion. Searching for techniques is just futile and the illusory results will fade away.

Understanding the nature of anger, its birth, manifestation and its effects ends anger, though its remnants in the form of habit might still linger around for some time. We should understand that we are the authors for our anger, be it with the other or ourselves. We relate ourselves with the others or ourselves in such a way that manifests this emotion called anger. When we do not establish that sort as in sleep, universally there is no anger. Secondly, having established the relationship we feel that anger is a tool that we have to employ to get the tasks done. The moment we question these two conclusions, anger just collapses if it is there, else, it will not possibility for its generation is scuttled.
